A technician looks at the job, explains the options, and puts the price in writing before any work starts. No work begins until you approve it.

Schedule the appointment
Pick an appointment window during business hours. The location confirms the time with you and notes any parts that need to be ordered in advance.

Work completed and checked
The job is finished, tested in front of you, and documented. You get the paperwork for your records and a straight answer on what to watch for next.

A chimney fire, a smell of smoke where it should not be, or water running down the inside of the flue should not sit on a waiting list. If there is any chance of fire, get out and call 911 first. Once everyone is safe, call your nearest National Chimney Pros location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Smoke, active leaks, and suspected chimney fires are moved to the front of that day's schedule, and a technician will tell you plainly whether the fireplace can be used until the repair is done.
