A chimney fire, a smell of smoke where it should not be, or water running down the inside of the flue should not sit on a waiting list. If there is any chance of fire, get out and call 911 first. Once everyone is safe, call your nearest National Chimney Pros location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Smoke, active leaks, and suspected chimney fires are moved to the front of that day's schedule, and a technician will tell you plainly whether the fireplace can be used until the repair is done.
